Our cellar, located in the upper part of Mont\u00e0, is a melting pot of old and new, and it is here that the tradition and new technologies meet to transform the product from the raw material into refined wines.<\/p>\n
The company has got a cellar where the latest technologies for winemaking and wine refining have been introduced. For the processing of wines we use technologies such as the soft press and thermo-conditioned tanks, together with a bottling plant and cold rooms where the wine is stored to refine.<\/p>\n

The large temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, the air conditioning systems for a constant control of temperature and humidity, together with the expert hands of our technicians, allow us to obtain high quality products.<\/p>\n
A wing of the cellar is then reserved for aging and refining superior quality red wines in small oak barrels; a place where time seems to flow more slowly, where the silence, the scent of wood and the half-light blend into a union that seems almost surreal and magical.<\/p>\n
